How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also call us at 844-462-4422 or email CustomerService@SportsWorldNewYork.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Contact us immediately at 844-462-4422 and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Currently we do not offer gift wrapping, but all orders arrive in a branded box suitable for gifting.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options (2–3 days) are available at checkout. Orders over $59 ship free.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by location. Additional customs fees may apply.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. See our full returns page for details.

How do I start a return?

Email CustomerService@SportsWorldNewYork.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

How do Yankees jerseys fit?

Is there a size chart?

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Return the item using our standard return process and place a new order for the correct size.
