Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery date. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Free of odors, stains, or alterations
Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different size or style:
- Return your original item using our standard return process
- Place a new order for the item you want
This ensures you receive the new item as quickly as possible while we process your return.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days after we receive your return
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Afterpay: Processed per Afterpay's refund policy
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and packaging
- Description of the issue
We'll send a replacement at no charge, no need to return the damaged item.
