Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT typically ship same day.
International Shipping
We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
During high-volume periods (Opening Day, playoffs, holidays) processing times may extend by 1–2 business days.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to locate your order.
